Cadillac became the first manufacturer this year to have interchangeable parts for all of its vehicles. The 1911 model 30 offered the first front door on an open Cadillac body: left side only, on the touring and torpedo bodies. The car has right hand drive. Left hand drive was not yet a national standard in 1911. Windshield and Jones Electric horn were optional at $40 extra each.
